Eight years working on underground metro stations, including the Vynohradar extension of the Kyiv Metro — four of those as Head of Architecture Department, where coordinating architecture, structure, systems, and operations across a live design team was the daily work, not a side task. Followed by five years as a BIM software developer — Revit API, C# — building the coordination tools other architects only use.
That combination — leading multidisciplinary coordination on a live metro project, then building the software that supports it — is uncommon, and it's the reason to bring in a coordination specialist rather than leave that work to whoever has time for it on a generalist team.
